As of Jan. 1, 2012, the John Hancock Company will accept no new enrollments
to the Welfare Fund Long Term Care insurance program. However, all existing
policies will continue to be honored and serviced. The Fund is in discussion
with another carrier of LTC insurance and hopes to offer a new plan soon.
