EOC Members

The PSC-CUNY Welfare Fund and the City of New York are pleased to announce that full-time EOC employees are joining the City payroll.

The change will become effective on a January 2009 payroll date. This action affords EOCs and their eligible dependents the basic New York City Health Benefits plan as well as Welfare Fund Supplemental benefits, as described in the Summary Plan for Full-Time Active Members, above.
