EOC Members

Full-time EOC employees have joined the City payroll.

The change became effective in January 2009. This action affords EOCs and their eligible dependents the basic New York City Health Benefits plan as well as Welfare Fund Supplemental benefits, as described in the Summary Plan for Full-Time Active Members, above.
