Retirees! For NYC Health Benefits Program (basic health insurance) questions, call the NYC Office of Labor Relations (OLR) at 212 513-0470. Retirees can speak with a Client Service Representative between 10am and 4pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Additional staff have been added to assist callers.
